Grand Opening: Créme de la Créme Ice Cream Parlor

Créme de la Créme Ice Cream Parlor is ready to announce their Trinity Grand Opening scheduled for Saturday, February 5th starting at 1:00 p.m.

Here is some additional information provided by the Parlor’s owner.

Crème de la Crème Ice Cream Parlor will be offering Twenty-Eight Flavors of Super Premium Ice Cream. What makes our ice cream so great? Well, we’re glad you asked! 

  • First – our Ice Cream is sourced from Wisconsin also known as “America’s Dairyland.”  
  • Second – Super Premium really just means THE BEST ICE CREAM but don’t take our word for it…..look it up!
  • Third – we have flavors for every palette, including sugar free and Italian Ice.  With twenty-eight flavors, we are certain we have an Ice Cream for just about everyone.

Breaking News: New “656” Area Code Coming Soon

Ten-digit dialing begins for all local calls in the Tampa Bay area on Jan. 22 in connection with a new 656 area code, the Florida Public Service Commission announced Wednesday.

The new area code will be used in the same communities as the 813 area code, which is running out of numbers.

People with the longstanding 813 area code will be able to keep their numbers, while new customers or those adding services will be assigned the 656 area code as of Feb. 21.

The 813 region is centered on Tampa and includes surrounding communities such as Brandon, Land O’ Lakes, Oldsmar, Riverview, Thonotosassa, Town ‘n’ Country, Valrico and Zephyrhills.

With the addition of the new area code, the region isn’t expected to need another area code for 37 years.

Demand for new telephone numbers has grown across the state as the population and the use of cell phones and other technology has increased. Last week, the commission announced Palm Beach County will receive a 728 area code for new numbers as the 561 area code runs out.

The commission is expected Feb. 1 to take up a proposal to create an additional area code to relieve the 305 and 786 area codes in Miami-Dade County and the Florida Keys.

New Port Corners – Pasco County, Florida

A new large community development (MPUD) is being proposed on Little Road between Plathe and Decubellis Road / Massachusetts Avenue in New Port Richey, Florida. The new developments proposed name is New Port Corners.

DCH East LLC, DCH West LLC and OJ Harvey Partnership Limited are the developers that have proposed the new community development that would encompass 3,397 single and multi-family homes. This project would also include over 4.8 million square feet of non residents space used for commercial , retail and office space. 

We have provided the project narrative linked below and have also provided an excerpt from the introduction portion for your review.

DCH East LLC, DCH West LLC and OJ Harvey Partnership Limited (the “Applicant”) collectively own the subject site (the “Property”), which contains 956.3 acres mol and is located on both sides of Little Road from Decubellis Road on the north to Plathe Road on the southern end, and on the east side of Little Road, only, from the West Pasco Government Center on the north to Decubellis Road on the south. South of Decubellis Road, the eastern boundary is approximately aligned with the Pithlachascotee River, also known as the Cotee River. The entire property is within the New Port Corners (NPC) Future Land Use Category (FLUC).
