Coming to Trinity: Lennar Homes at Mitchell Ranch

Lennar Homes has filed plans with Pasco County to build 402 new single family homes and town homes at Mitchell Ranch, on the corner of State Road 54 and Little Road.

Plans call for 145 home sites with 50′ lots, 71 home sites with 40′ lots and approximately 189 town homes.

Lennar is also building homes in the nearby community of Starkey Ranch.

Lennar Corporation is a home construction and real estate company based in Miami, Florida. In 2017 the company was the largest home construction company in the United States after its purchase of CalAtlantic Homes. The company is ranked 230th on the Fortune 500 as of 2018. The company operates in 21 states and owns Rialto Capital Management, the sponsor of six private equity funds that invest in real estate and an originator commercial mortgage loans for securitization. The company also developed and retains ownership interests in 53 apartment communities.

Coming Soon: Chick-fil-A Expanding in Trinity!

According to a recent filing with Pasco County, it appears that the Chick-fil-A in Trinity is going to be expanding! The proposal calls for the additional of a dual lane drive through and a reworking of the parking area.

The Chick-fil-A in Trinity is always busy and hopefully these improvements will make for an easier experience visiting this location.

Coming to Trinity: Pediatric Health Care Alliance

Pediatric Health Care Alliance has announced that they will be opening a Trinity location in April 2019.

The following information was provided by Pediatric Health Care Alliance’s website.

Our Trinity Office is expected to open in April 2019 with Dr. Mariam Ejaz and Nurse Practitioner David Iacono. PHCA patients may know Dr. Ejaz from our Evening Hours Offices, where she has worked since she joined our practice in 2018. NP Iacono joined PHCA in 2019 and will split his time between Trinity and Wesley Chapel, where he has already been seeing patients.

Patients who are interested in joining the new Trinity Office may contact Site Manager Hope Coley at our Suncoast Office at (813) 475-7100. Please note the Trinity Office direct phone line will not be available until the office opens in April.

Coming to Trinity: Chicken Salad Chick

Chicken Salad Chick Franchise Owner  Paul Rohr confirmed that they will be building Trinity’s first Chicken Salad Chick fast-casual restaurant at the corner of State Road 54 and Trinity Blvd, behind the newly opened WaWa in Trinity Lakes Crossings

They hope to be open sometime in October/November of 2019.

Chicken Salad Chick is a fast-casual chain of chicken restaurants based in Auburn, Alabama. As of December 2018, the chain consists of 103 franchise restaurants and stores in 12 different U.S. states.

The Chicken Salad Chick Foundation was founded by the company in August 2014 and is a partner with the American Cancer Society. The foundation also partners with food banks in communities with Chicken Salad Chick restaurant locations in efforts to nourish people in need. For example, in 2014, the foundation donated over $6,000 to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Since the foundation’s inception, Chicken Salad Chick restaurants have served to generate “…more than $100,000 in donations to fight cancer and hunger in the communities it serves”. Barclay Smith is the director of the foundation.

4th Annual Chili Cook Off at Johnny Bruscos!

This year marks the 4th Annual Chili Cook Off and is expected to be bigger than ever! As always there will be plenty of raffles, auction items, a margarita machine and fun activities for children.

No cost to enter but if you want to cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award you can purchase tastings at the door in increments of $5, $10 or $20 at the event.

100% of proceeds are going to Hope for the Children Ministries, a non-profit that is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of at-risk youth and their families.

Wawa Opens in Trinity!

Wawa has opened it’s first location in Trinity at 12048 State Road 54.

The Grand Opening is scheduled for Thursday, January 24th from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

On their Grand Opening post on thee Wawa Facebook page, they say:
